    • Cancellations made before 3 days prior to the departure date will incur a cancellation fee as per Airlines policy.
    • Cancellations made within 24 hrs of the departure date will not be eligible for any refund or it will depend on Airlines.
  2. Refund Policy:
    • Refund requests for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of request.
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.
    • In case of any unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control (such as natural disasters or political unrest), the refund process will be subject to the terms and conditions of our partner vendors and service providers.
  3. Change of Itinerary:
    • Any changes to the itinerary after confirmation will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
    • All requests for itinerary changes must be made at least 3 days before the departure date.
  4. No-Show Policy:
    • If a traveler fails to show up for their scheduled trip without prior notice, no refunds will be issued.

Please note that certain bookings, such as non-refundable hotel reservations, flight tickets, or special event packages, may have different cancellation and refund policies, which will be clearly outlined during the booking process.
