At EasyToursTravel, we strive to provide a transparent and fair process for cancellations and refunds. The policies for flight bookings are largely determined by the airlines, and we are bound to follow their rules and regulations. We act as a facilitator to assist you in this process.
Cancellation
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please log in to your account on our website and use the "Manage Booking" section. You can also contact our customer support team for assistance. All cancellation requests must be made through our official channels.
Cancellation Charges
Cancellation charges depend on the airline, sector, class of booking, and time of cancellation. In addition to the airline's cancellation fee, EasyToursTravel will charge a nominal service fee for processing the cancellation.
Some booked fares may be non-refundable. Please check the fare rules at the time of booking.
Refunds
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment after the cancellation has been confirmed. The processing time for refunds can vary and is subject to the airline's policy. Typically, it can take between 7 to 14 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
The refund amount will be the total paid amount minus the airline's cancellation charges and our service fee.
No-Show
If you do not show up for your flight (a "no-show"), you may not be eligible for any refund from the airline. It is imperative to cancel your flight in advance if you do not intend to travel.
Modifications
If you wish to modify your travel dates or other details, it will be subject to the airline's fare rules and policies. Additional charges and fare differences may apply.
